Steam updated now cannot find servers

So it looks like steam updated, as the pages appear different and a new window shows as i launch games. Since this, I cannot find ANY servers in my game.
I went onto my laptop which did not update steam, and I found servers. Then that updated too, and it cannot find any servers now either.

is anyone able to help with this? turned off windows firewall, opened the pc to DMZ after trying to forward ports. change ping settings for steam.
ever since this update, i cannot find a single server in the game browser.

I've had this happen on and off since May with many of my games. Now on this new update none of my 900 games will run in here.

so youre having this same issue right now too since the update? game browsers simply wont find any servers?

I've been having problems off and on with all my games since May. Steam and the game I'm trying to start up will crash to desktop and then I get a Nvidia window error msg after they crash. I've been posting about it since it started and haven't found anyone who can help between the Steam forums, game forums and Nvidia. I am seeing the same nicknames posting over and over for help though.

I'm getting the same thing for Rust; half the servers in my favorites list have gone offline since the UI update
