How to remove bottom bar in app?

There is a thick bar at the bottom of my steam-app interface. It contains a "+add a game", "manage downloads", and a "friends & chat" button. I hate it and want it gone. How can I remove it? Setting? launch modifier? mod/hack? Anything?

please support
remove steam client bottom bar !
Disable interface bar on profile page at bottom that holds: "Add a game" "Manage Downloads" "Friends & Chat" << GTFO (Get That Off) !
