steam purchase pending for 8+ hours from balance no card
Hello I am trying to purchase dlc for a game and it gives me this my only issue is its coming from wallet balance and not my card so why would it be pending

Because the banking system is weird AF. They don't send money around, they send debts around so your wallet funds aren't funds, they're a record in the banking system about a couple parties involved owing each other money and that takes time to sort out.

I am serious, it ALWAYS takes time to sort out. Instant purchases, the likes private customers are used to, are an illusion. And illusions can break down.

If you're saying your solely paying by money from your Steam wallet and it's pending then you'll have to ask Steam support. I know they've started holding funds from sales on the Steam market for a while to prevent issues with hijacked accounts so it may be something along those lines, but only they can say.

Yea i have contacted support im unsure why its pending as i was able to buy a game just not the 6 months membership for runescape.

Was this in-game because as far as I can see there's no 6 month membership DLC, it's 1, 3 or 12 months.

nope its on the steam page lol i only see 1, 6 or 12 months maybe because my region im from brazil

To be honest your ones make far more sense than the ones I'm seeing. But that does mean it's wait for Steam to reply as to why it's delayed.
