Missing Ui settings and non working settings
After the new Update to steam i have hade a few bug, irritations and missing options/settings.


Friends list opens on steam start, no option to stop that(even -nochatui -nofriendsui dosn't work)

News window opens even if the setting is turned off.

Text scaling not working, Font is blurry.


only been using it for a hour now, is there more bugs that i am missing?

Has *Add a game* always been in the bottom left no matter the page you are on?

URL bar is irritating, no option to remove/hide, and a single click on it copy's it to the clipboard.

I believe so. It's pretty much always been hard-locked in that place no matter if you're in your library, on the download page or even on a store game page.

Thanks, i was sure it was in the library page but not 100%
