Maps don't properly download
When I ever go to a server that I do not have the map to I will get the error "missing map maps/(map name here.bsp) disconnecting.
I have in my settings to download all custom items from the server but still no maps will download.
They do not appear in my files where I keep my maps so I can't re-download them and the only way I can get a map is to find a website that has the map and manually install it into my maps folder, and if there is a map that isn't on a website anywhere I can not download it.
Here is an example of the error I get in console:

Connecting to 68.232.169.106...
Connected to 68.232.169.106:27015

Team Fortress
Map: unusual_trade_pyro_v5a
Players: 31 / 32
Build: 2070272
Server Number: 1

Missing map maps/unusual_trade_pyro_v5a.bsp, disconnecting


Host_Error: Map is missing

The quicker I get a solution the better, thanks.

There's a quick way to fix this, go to http://gamebanana.com and search for your map. Almost all the famous maps are on their site. If you can't find it from there try downloading it from another site.

Oh trust me, I use the site and many other sites like it, just that alot of the maps I need to download aren't on any of them, which leaves me searching every crevice looking for the map I need

Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. Are you sure the option so that it downloads map automaticly is enabled?

have you tryed getting the maps from the PPM site?

Yes, it has been on for as long as I can remember.

No, I'm not familiar with it, but even if it has some of the maps I need to download, I still can't download maps automatically from the server itself.

the map you listed is from a PPM server, so i was thinking did you try to get it from the site

No, just trying to get a server to trade my unusuals, didn't think too much about the map name
