Mysterious Games
I have been seeing so many profiles with like 10-15 copies of games, and they have like 60 pages of games. They are selling these games for cheap, meaning they don't buy it from the steam store. Do you guys have any idea how this mysterious people get so many steam games?

My only guess is that they buy them as gifts when they go on fantastic sales.

There is no way to add a game to your inventory other than to get it through Steam, so yes they are just buying them when they get discounts to use for trading later.
75-90 % off games. All's I'm saying.

There is nothing weird. If they think trading games like this is worth it, let them do it.

As said before, there is NO way to redeem a key (the only thing you can buy in a 3rd party store -- even the new humblebundle system presumeably uses keys behind the scene) into a gift. So, any gift comes from the Steam store, and those people just stock up on games they think they can trade when they are on sale.

They are not selling them cheap. They sell them for a smaller discount than what they paid. eg: Buy on sale 75%. Sell after sale for 50%.

In order to have Steam gift in your Steam inventory you must purchase it from the Steam Store. Retail CD-Keys etc cannot be added to Steam as a gift copy.

And as LEOdf said they buy them during sale and sell for a bit over sale price but a bit lower than normal store price.

...or trade for the games that other people have bought using tf2 items, cards, dota2 items, etc.
