CoD MW3 not installing from CD

When I want to install CoD MW3 from CD then it just stays at:
Creating local game cache files...
Preparing Call of Duty: Modern Warfate 3 - Multiplayer files for install...

Loading bar is not getting filled or anything...
first I thought its something to do with my CD1
so I made a copy of it and no results.

Cache files are not been created for some reason.

Could someone upload the cache files?
So I can maybe hopefully finish the install from CD
I don't want to download from steam becouse it takes
1 day with my interne, it isn't good
to download something like these with my internet.

EDIT: I think I got it to install from CD
What I did is I started the install from steam

1. Clicked to the Call of Duty: Modern Warfate 3 Install Button
2. Clicked to the Call of Duty: Modern Warfate 3 - Multyplayer Install Button
3. Waited like about 2-3 min
4. Call of Duty: Modern Warfate 3 (Single Player) Finished almost instantly
5. Call of Duty: Modern Warfate 3 - Multiplayer I Stopped
6. Started the "Re-Install" from CD

And now seems to installing from CD
If there will be a failure I come back here.

EDIT: Disk 2 started well...

NVM, I just gonna throw these sitty CD's away!

Anyone can give the the mailing address where I can send my internet usage bill as I need to reload MW3, Black Ops and Ghosts? This internet downloading thing is nice, but not everyone has unlimitted GIGAbit download capabilities. Makes me F@##$% mad. Piece of S#!@.

I don't know anyone with download limits. Here as soon as a company announces limits they lose all their customers.
