Cant add funds to my account to purchase skins.
Ok, so i have made quite a few purchases through the market for CSGO, but last night while I was trying to add funds to my account to buy a new knife I got this message.....

"For the protection of the account holder, this purchase has been declined. Further purchasing will be temporarily limited - please contact Steam Support to resolve this issue."

So i go into steam support and send in a question or something like that explaining whats up hoping it would be resolved soon so I could get that knife, but I have not received any contact from anyone about the matter and to be honest I am so confused right now as to what is going on and why I cannot get it resolved. It is frustrating to say the least....

How long have you been waiting with Steam Support? They typically take 3-10 business days to send an initial response but it can vary due to their workload and the specific issue.
This happened to me not long ago, it was triggered by me spending over $200 in a short amount of time. Took them about 4 days to respond to my ticket. Their issue was to protect my account and I had to confirm info with them before they would 'release' the lock. 3 to 5 days is about normal and it also being the weekend, I would bet they are under staffed and over worked on every weekend.

3 to 10 business days are you serious? I work out of state and when I come home for a day or two I want to play a bit and not have any issues. Steam support sucks....

Time to get a laptop so you can play when you travel.

(Currently sitting in my hotel room after work, trying to decide what to play).
