Alternative Game Download/Install Method
I'm currently playing The Elder Scrolls Anthology. Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim are all downloaded through the Steam Client.

However, while Skyrim and Morrowind work fine, Oblivion would not run no matter how many times I hit play at the first menu. Naturally, my first inclination was to reinstall the game and try again. However, now that I'm back at school, I have been completely unable to connect the Steam Client to Steam, so I cannot re-download the game. My laptop and my school's internet, both wired and wireless, do not have a very reassuring history, so it is a toss up as to the next time I will actually be able to connect the client to Steam.

However, since I can connect via normal browser, I was wondering if there is some way for me to download and install Oblivion without having to go through Steam's desktop client.

Thanks.

Note: My laptop's DVD drive is also quite picky, so a from-disk install is not likely.
