What videocard do you use?

Have you updated your DirectX in a while?

Press the Start button at the bottom left corner of the screen.

If you are a Windows 8 user, press "Windows" + R keys simultaneously to see the "Run" window pop up (For Windows XP you need to open it via the Start Menu). Type in the word "dxdiag" in the Open field, then press Enter.

Wait until the diagnostics test of your computer is over.

Upon seeing the window asking "Would you like to check the driver digital signatures?" press Yes.

Click on "Save all the data" and save the DxDiag file to your desktop.

Tell me what it says next to Card name under 'Display Devices'

i have directx 11

You might have DirectX 11 installed, but that does not mean you can use DirectX 11. Your video adapter (which is either integrated onto your motherboard directly or an actual video card in one of your expansion slots) determines what version you can actually use. Even if you have DirectX 11 installed, you might be limited to the features of an older version of DirectX.

What does Name field on the Display tab say in the DirectX Diagnostic Tool?

You have DXDIAG opened.
Press the Display tab.

What does the tab say next to name.

So, as I suspected, you're running a 45nm integrated GPU.

You're unlikely to run those games using it, unfortunately.

how can i fixed that?
Aldaron Jan 10, 2014 @ 9:31am
You have an integrated video adapter (and not a video card) below the minimum system requirements of DayZ and Payday 2. You are limited to Shader Model 2.0 (as the error message indicates) and DirectX 9.0c.

Even if you could start the games, the experience would not be an enjoyable one. You could install a video card, but the fact that you are using an onboard graphics adapter likely means your system was pre-built and would require upgrades elsewhere (mainly power supply) to support an actual video card.
