Only downloading an average of 2.5kb/s

I normally get around 2Mb/s but for some reason after buying starbound, something went wrong. Its not my connection because everything else is working perfectly. I've even paused the download and loaded Origin to see if the download speed it the same and im getting 2Mb/s there, so i have no idea whats going on.

I don't really know what happened with Starbound, but you can try to change the download region/country in Steam options and see if you'll resolve the problem.

Try to switch with some countries and then return to your original choice.
