How to disable blood and gibs in Gmod and TF2

How do you disable blood and if any disable gibs in Garry's Mod? Also if there is any models for the headcrab zombies available that are not Gorey and bloody with exposed organs let me know.

To disable blood and gibs in Team Fortress 2 do this:

Login to Steam and navigate to your Library.
Right click on "Team Fortress 2" and choose 'Properties'.
Under the General tab click "Set Launch Options".
Copy and paste the following line into this text box:

-sillygibs +violence_ablood 0 +violence_agibs 0 +violence_hblood 0 +violence_hgibs 0

Click 'OK' and close the properties box.
Team Fortress 2 should now have minimal blood and gore. But there will occasionally be blood if your like really close up and there is rockets and bullets and all that crap. Also there will sometimes be blood on walls and floors on occasion.

Any one who owns GMod could you please try the TF2 method in Gmod? You may not want to use silly gibs though, I don't think Gmod supports that.

I've played like a hundred hours of GMod since I made this post. Didn't really bother with the blood.
