Uh people, the sale is back on. It just went back to the default store page while they put the new one up. It looked a bit odd but it happens on Steam sales every so often.

It is probably another one of the issues, like the games not getting the proper sale values right at the switchover, but taking some time to get corrected. Looks like Steam doesn't have their things sorted very well for this sale round. I've seen multiple mistakes around the time a new daily/flash sale cycle started. Their automation seems to leave a lot to be desired this time around.
That being said I'm sure they'll fix it in 10-15 mins and have the sale continue until the proper end date.

edit: Spoke too soon, looks like they're quicker than I expected ;)
