Help! Convert Rub to Euro's

Hi, I live in Bulgaria, Sofia and I have 683,84 pуб. But all in Steam is in euro.
How I can change my currency in Steam or How I can buy a game with pуб.

руб. is RUBLES - it's RUSSIAN currency, not BULGARIAN! - bulgarian currency is LEV (BGN)
using http://store.steampowered.com/?cc=ru not helped and against SSA

yea but when go in http://store.steampowered.com/?cc=ru and buy a game give me error
