Support ignore any messages

Steam Support ignores my messages in question, shutting them down. The last thing they wrote: Unfortunately, we will be unable to assist you further with this issue. Account suspended in error, and the support of no help. When creating a new question - do merge and close question. And what to do, how to reach them now?

Only support can assist with account issues. They're not ignoring you.

Note that 'not liking the answer' isn't 'ignoring'

If your account was suspended there's a reason, you used fradulent credit cards, thus the suspension.

I did not use credit cards, so this reason simply can not be. Support close my ticket, after my messages. I opened the question several times - to no avail.
