What level to trade?

What level do i jave to be to get the booster pack?On steam cuz i voted 9 times

I think you mix a few things up.
You can trade with other people at any lvl.
You are eligible for booster packs of a certain game after you got all the drops you can get by playtime.
You can get snow globe cards by voting at the comunity choice.

think i'm running into the same issue that you're trying to ask about - you need to be level 5 before you can start getting cards for voting in the community choice...

Hes level 6, the title says what level to trade, snow trading cards dont have a booster; I doubt this thread is serious
