So..when does the steam sale REALLY end?

I know this may be a bit of a stupid question as its clearly the 3rd of January. However i have a vailid reason.

Now theres a game i have my eye on but its been at 33% for the past week.. i KNOW if i buy it its gunna be on sale on the last day for 90% or something lol.Sooo i am trying to work out WHEN the actual last day of the sale is. Here in the UK the sales update at 6pm. Does that mean on the third of January at 6pm the sales will all stop? Or will we get one last offer and on the 4th at 6pm...BOOM thats it

The only reason i ask is about two-three years ago steam said that the sales ended on the second (or third) day. Yet on the third day they had one last batch of fresh sales and the sale fully ended on the 4th. Yet lastyear on the third..the sales ended.

Any clue??

Well its quite a few lol Dragonborn is the main one. Its been at 33% since the start of the sale.. and im clinging to hope it gets a 50% reduction before the end.

By the looks of it, the sales will end on January 3rd, 6 PM GMT. (10 AM PST.)

If there'll be new Daily Deals, those will be around until January 4th, 6 PM GMT most likely due to the 48 hours -timer and can still be found under the "Specials" -tab under the normal looking Steam Store.

It could just be that they'll add the last items on the January 2nd and conclude it on the 3rd.

Most specials (if not all) will end on the 2nd however, including the Dragonborn -DLC.

You should probably wait and see if it does go on sale one last time, well at least that's what I'm going to do lol.

All steam sale timers that were simply marked as "ends Jan 2" from the very beginning now say about 30 hours.

Edit: this leads me to believe that there will be one more 'day' of daily sales and possibly 3 more sets of 'flash' sales

It's actually 29 hours, 7 minutes.

So technically, it's still correct, since it'll be January 2nd, 10 AM PST. (The typical Store update time.)
