Nothing you can do but try again. If someone purchases it before you, tough luck.

Try buying from the bottom of the list or on page two, less people camping that area. It may mean paying one or two cents more for the item, but at least you don't have to try 100x in a row for a single item.

You can try as long as you want. But if someone buys it before you do then there is nothing you can do.
