Nvidia Control Panel Setting VS. InGame Settings (many questions)

So i recently just bought a new desktop and built it myself, if you have any questions about my Desktop in my profile i have listed all my information. i have a asus (rog) nvidia gtx 760 3gb gddr5 192 - bit. i know so much over the past 6 years of pc gamming. just have very few questions i can find the answer for, Best Buy geek squad nvr helps me infact i feel as if they r stupid to me..

1) if i use nvidia control panal settings let say on cod bo 2 and turn on =
AF = 16x
Gamma Correction = On
AA Mode = Enhance the Application
(now if i turn this on does the ingame aa need to be off or at 8x? so that it can anhance it wehn i turn on......
AA Setting = 32x csaa)
AA - Transparency = 8x super sample
and so on blah blah im just looking for the best graphical view of the game on max setting and what i should do if i should also turn on txaa with fxaa on the ingame or so on because i know my system will handle max so easily... ive just noticed random fps drop while playing zombies online when i right cick to bring up iron sites. so ive been monkeyin around and i noticed that it seems txaa 4x is new on the ingame settings but cant choose it fro control panel settings.. i need a serious breakdown of all these setting and what they do i have done so much research over time about it but cant seem to full understand the proper max settings i guess lol. im not lookin for performace because i know the system already handles very very stable and well. any helpful information will be greatly appreciated guys!
