Steam won't send me any mails

So a month ago i was trying to log into steam on my laptop when the network verification showed up, "no problem, let me just open mail and ...." I received no mail at all, not for gifts I receive or anything. After doing some googling they all said I somehow blocked the email, but I can't find anything in spam or blocked email at all, steam even is tagged as a save account in my settings, anyone who can help me?

What do I do if I do not receive a Steam Guard email when I am prompted for the access code?

Please check to make sure that you are accessing the email address that is registered to your Steam account.

If you do not receive the e-mail at all, check and make sure it is not being filtered as spam.

Please try adding "[e-mail]" to your contacts or trusted senders list within your email client and request a new access code.

Even though Steam instantly sends an email, you may encounter a delay with some email providers depending on their server load and processing times. Please contact us if you have not received the verification email after 3 hours.

done all that and waited for a month now, still nothing, I even doublechecked if I didnt accidently changed my email on steam but it is still my old trusted mail account

I mean it's a month ago I should have gotten that mail, though I tried to fix it with forums and such but it didn't help, I didn't think it wouldn't send at all, but just be delayed, though a month of delay seems a bit..... odd

It is odd. You should have contacted support sooner - the support article suggests waiting only 3 hours.
