how do you sell things for $.02 - free on steam market?

i am not sure if it is a graphical glitch, but if you look at past prices/ when people buy items on the steam market, every now and then you would see a price below 3 cents or even free

and yet 3 cents is the lowest one can sell items for due to steam taking most of the profits, leaving you with 1 cent, and steam market does not allow you to receive anything lower than a penny.

I'd be guessing it's some more devalued currency.

I'd be guessing it's some more devalued currency.

no i checked, steam will automaticallly change the price of your currancy to match their currancy, so, even if they gave me lets say 1 cent in their money, i would receive 1 cent in my money, even if their's is worth WAAAAY less

You will get $0.00 sad right, so if you set the price to $0.01, they will charge you 1 cents
