Payed $450 to get steam back, still banned.

Steam has banned me for a year now because I bought about 5 different games and my card was cancelled so they claimed it was credit card fraud and all the games I got added up to $360 and now I told them to repay the charges and steam claimed I would be unbanned yesterday. I'm still banned and because of steam's "security policy" I have payed a total of $710 because of this. I'm very impatient now and tired of being responded to by people who tell me to "suck a ♥♥♥♥" or "be patient and wait" or "not get banned in the first place" Which was entirely steams fault for having such a terrible non-helpful security policy.

I'd assume he's just banned from future purchases. I don't think Valve can block his entire account with games he has already payed for.

They used to do that. But now they just lock you from future purchases

Didn't know they used to do that. Nice to see they changed the policy.
