Hitman Collection too expensive!

Finally Hitman Absolution went on sale!
So i thought it would be the perfect time to buy the Hitman Collection since i am a huge fan of the series.
But when i wanted to buy it i had to realise that its price is way too high and i think it must be a bug cause it doesn`t make sense :

"Single price of the 4 games : 14,16€
package price for the 4 games : 22,46€"

So i would pay like another 8 € for the packge without receiving anything in addition.

Anyone here has experiences with something like this? Is it a bug , or is this legit? Should i wait for a fix or just buy the single games?

It's because the Collection is only 50% off of the retail price, but Absolution is on sale for 80% off by itself.

The collection hasn't factored in the Daily Deal price for Absolution. If you want them all I would recommend just buying them individually.

ok thanks for the quick reply, i thought the Collection would adapt to the price of every single title and make it cheapier overall.

I think the way the collection works is it bundles the games, and gives a set discount. But then when you look at the details it just goes and grabs the current prices and shows you what they cost all together and how much you "save" (or in this case, lose). It's not actually summing up the current prices in real time to determine the bundle cost. You'll see it happen often with some game bundles, especially when single games in the bundle go on a huge discount like Absolution's daily deal today.
