The anouncement said "If you don’t install, it goes back to its regular price and you miss out!" What happens if u start to install then pause it, can it still dload after the time. My net is capped till the night for me and it'll be after that time till i can dload it.

Don't worry, this isn't a free weekend. Once the game's in your library, it's there until Steam goes out of business.
