Also restart PC with your keyboard in, to see if it comes up in the Device manager.
The brand that manufactures the keyboard is E-Blue, I also checked the manuel and it should work after plugging it into a USB, and I alos meet all the requirements it listed in the manuel.
Pull the plug out, put it back in and restart your PC and then check again. If its not there, you might have a problem, either with the USB ports themselves or the keyboard itself. Try plugging your mouse into those ports and see if the ports register the mouse, if it does, its not your USB ports. After you restart PC, do a windows update, im guessing you are on Windows 7 or 8. Windows should find drivers for you automatically, if you have Windows 7.
