Skyrim. Can't change resolution.

So i bought skyrim and installed it with Russian language (as i am russian). Firstly it just turned off when there was bethesda logo. I've switched to English language and then turned on Skyrim.
Everything worked well, but resolution, it was 600x840 or smth like this but in settings i set resolutionto 1920x1080. So i decided to switch resolution from skyrimprefs.ini but still it was 600x840. I want to play skyrim very much with normal resolution and, if possible, with russian language, so pls help me.

Try to change it in window that appears before actual game?

you can change it before clicking to play at the starting window

I tried all of this, still no way. I try ti change resolution from all ways, but skyrim seems doesn't care what i am doing.
