Mortal Kombat HELP! Requirement specs vs my specs

My computer is having trouble trying to start Mortal Kombat Komplete edition. My computer says my aspect ratio is incompatible as well as it doesn't have sufficient video memory, which doesn't make any sense because my specs are beyond the minimal and pretty close to the recommended.

Minimal for the game: OS:32-bit: Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8
Processor:Intel Core 2 Duo, 2.4 GHz | AMD Athlon X2, 2.8 GHz or better
Memory:2 GB RAM
Graphics:NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS | AMD Radeon 3850 or better
DirectX®:10
Hard Drive:10 GB HD space
Other Requirements:Broadband Internet connection
Additional:Windows XP and DirectX® 9.0c and below not supported.

Recommended for the game: OS:64-bit: Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8

Memory:4 GB RAM

My specs: Windows 8, 64 bit
Processor : Intel Core i7-3630 : 2.40 ghz , ( 8 CPUs) 2.4 GHz
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4000
DirectX 11
8GB of ram

I think you should be able to run it. If in doubt check your graphics vs others on goole! :D

I should be able to run it, but I am still unable too. :(

Maybe it doesnt support intel graphics :(

That doesn't make any sense. It just says that my aspect ratio isn't compatiable, BUT it doesn't say my graphics card is incompatible. It just says I don't have sufficient video memory.
