Some games have parameter flags you can use to specify DX versions
Also, why have you installed DX11, when your hardware does not support it?
If the game is DX11 only (such as Crysis 2), then you will need to upgrade your gfx card to play it.
Your hardware does not, and never will support DX11.
Having it installed alongside dx10 will just confuse matters.
If you're running Windows 7, it's an integral part of the system and cannot be removed, so your only option would be to upgrade to a DX11 compatible graphics card (the Radeon 5000 series would be the one up from your current card)
