Global Collect BV
Hello,
Today I tried to charge my credit with a PaySafeCard. This I have done, as always, just that I was today after I pressed confirm redirected to the page PaySafeCard, where I could see into the details of the card. There it was noted that the 10 € were referred to Global Collect BV and not on my Steam account.
Even now (about 2 hours later) the balance has still not added. Does anyone know how I can accomplish it that I get back my 10 €, or charged to my credit?

contact the Steam Support it`s the best way to get you money back i had send there my serial number from the Paysafecard and my Nickname, my E-Mail and the day of the transaction.
After that the Support answered me and i got my money back.
(`m sorry for my english i`m a german)

yes it worked, you just send an e-mail to the steam support and then you have to send them some screenshots of stuff they say and then you get your money

where do you actually take that screen shot? steam says view crediton the left but i cant see nothing like that

i did it on the paysafe website, there you can check your code and where the money got transferred
