WHAT THE FUDGE STEAM/VALVE!? Seriously. EDIT: Found a way to send online.
OK. I know you care about your product Valve. I know you do. You care about it and your customers and users.

So why year after year, do you make it near impossible for anyone to purchase gift cards or send steam wallet funds -->digitally<-- to family and friends? Either via your own product and service or another, online<---. You guys are my heroes you kill it on a day to day basis.

What the heck guys?

I agree!! In New Zealand I cannot buy gift cards anywhere. And I'd certainly love to be able to gift wallet funds to friends and family as well. Steam is the ultimate pc gaming store and I'm pretty sure many share our views.

It'd be nice to have the ability to gift Steam wallet funds to friends.

I agree. This seems like it would be a simple addition for them too. Make it happen, Steam!

I agree with this very much
Found http://www.pcgamesupply.com/, my gf was able to send me money online with this. They take a screenshot of the card's code and email it to you as a gift or reciept.

You can, check EB Games, i've bought some there IN NZ.
Buying a card is one thing. We are all aware we can purchase a card online and order them. Or if you are lucky enough as many of our Steam friends are not, to buy them in person.

Digitally reedeming them or sending them directly is anothing thing and specifically what this topic is addressing.

This.
As the only digitally well-funded member in my local group of siblings and friends, it gets really frustrating to constantly act as their private Steam wallet. It would really make it a lot easier if I could just fund them up at once instead of having to do all their shopping sprees and microtransactions for them as well.
Just redeemed card from my gf, this is the email I got for your guys conveinience and peace of mind.

The nearest EB Games is an hours drive from my town. I do a lot of purchasing online.
Bogus. I'd love to know of any other places that do this.

Use unauthorized resellers at your own peril
Well as you can see from the proof in the pudding of that screenshot, it's not only legit but works. So unless you doubt my status on steam your just being negative.
