OK. I know you care about your product Valve. I know you do. You care about it and your customers and users.

So why year after year, do you make it near impossible for anyone to purchase gift cards or send steam wallet funds -->digitally<-- to family and friends? Either via your own product and service or another, online<---. You guys are my heroes you kill it on a day to day basis.

Noticed they charge a Steam 'activation fee' of $1.99 for a $20 card and $4.99 for a $50 card. Then add your exchange fee for USD to local currency on yr credit card.

I think maybe I'll keep an eye out in EB games and buy a few of them next time. With AUD not so good against USD atm the physical gift cards in store are a good deal.
