Can't Download Source SDK

In the Library/Tools section I've found Source SDK; however, despite having Half Life 2, Team Fortress 2, and Counterstrike Source, the Source SDK download status says, "Not available." I was under the impression that it was free with Counterstrike Source. If this is a glitch, does anybody know how to fix it?

It should work, try rebooting your Steam client.

Still not available unfortunately. I could download Source SDK 2013, 2007, 2006 Base but for some reason not plain and simple Source SDK.

Also, when I try to install it, it says, "Source SDK is not available on your current platform. I'm on a mac, but according to the Wiki, it should have mac compatibility.

I actually don't thing the actual SDK works on Mac, just the base framework does. Consider asking on the SDK discussion boards...
