Always auto-login on Steam client but forgot password

Hi,

I have always been using Steam client on my desktop machine. It auto-logs in and everything works fine. However sometime in the next couple of weeks I will need to access Steam through web because I won't have access to my desktop (on vacation but I'd love to get some of the holiday deals). Problem is I can't remember my password. Since the desktop client always auto logs in I hardly ever type the password so I forgot!

How do I reset my password?

When I clicked "Forgot my password" on the web login page, it says "Launch the Steam application on your computer. From the Steam Login dialog, click the Retrieve a lost account... button." Well problem is my Steam client auto logs in and I don't see the login dialog! Any idea?

try menu -> sign out

After clicking on the retrieve a lost account button there should be another thats says I know my user name. Click that and it should send a reset password to your email account registered to your account.
