Can i use a prepaid card (paysafe) to buy new games here?

All my games in this account, are from retailed, boxed games, the cd keys of which i put in here (steam). I want to buy some new items for use in my steam account, but i have not done this before, and i want to ask and make certain before i even try: Can i use a prepaid card, for Steam purchases? In GoG you can, but what about here?

The Paysafecard is an accepted mean of payment on Steam.

Absolutely. I have a prepaid American Express (rebate/gift) card that I have been using. Never had a single problem!

As far as i 've been reading online, paysafe is accepted, only if it is from well known brands (i.e. Visa). A simple prepaid card, will be accepted? I want to make certain, before i charge it...

Paysafecard does work with Steam. It's recommended that you make purchases in a browser rather than the client. The process launches an extra tab to enable you to enter details at Paysafecard's website to authorise the transaction.

Tobi: Paysafecard has nothing to do with Visa or credit cards in general.

Steam's accepted them for quite some time. It's good to hear that gog finally does too.
