I'll set it to "Steam Beta Update" and see what happens.
If u have multiple apps/games awaiting downloads/updates I think it will only do one at a time. Look under Library > Downloads to see what's listed there. If something else is downloading and u are not too worried about that one at the moment, pause all the downloads, then click resume on the one most important to u.
Nope. It is a random bug that has been happening for months now. When you update 25 computers you tend to see it a lot. It has nothing to do with other games downloading. If you are in your library it is going to show up as already updated. You have to either keep closing and relaunching or verify the files before the game will patch.
But yea if it's just randomly not updating as u say, that is rather annoying to say the least.
