Siberia V2 frost blue edition help!

Hey There!
So, i just upgraded to windows 8.1 from windows 7. I have a steelseries Siberia V2 Frost blue USB headset. But whenever i plug it it, nothing happens. No sound, no illumination, no nothing. The Steelseries engine says nothing is connected, and so does the Device manager... I have tried pretty much every USB port in my pc, restarted my pc, both with and without the USB plugged in. Nothing seems to help...

Any suggestions?
