Mafia 2 won't install
i have a brand new dell isparon, and i can't get Mafia 2 to install, it will download, then i try to play it, it says it's installing and then starts to re download, does anyone know how to fix this?

It's probably and update if it keep on doing it try disabling the auto updates on it.

no, because it's always the same file size as the first time i downloaded the game

Ok try deleting your local content and re-download it or try deleting the steam.dll in mafi's directory and launch the game.

Download your game.

Then go to the game's Properties > Local Files > Verify Game Cache
Do not interrupt or cancel this process!

Then click PLAY to let it do the first time Install. If it has to do anymore downloading before installing, please just let it finish this.
