Steam country of origin change

During a school break i changed my payment country to the one i was going to, without realising that theres a 3 month cooldown between changing the account country. I don't care for shortening it, but it would be nice to tell how long exactly i have to wait. Is there a place to access that info?

If you made a purchase when you changed it, that date will be on the purchase history page.

Also if you switched to a different currency through the store change and had any money in your Steam Wallet there will be a currency conversion transaction in your purchase history the moment you switched.
