How to recover an old Steam account that I created 14 years ago?

Hi. I want to ask for this community how do I recover an account that I created 14 years ago. I still use the same email that I made, but sadly all CD-Keys such as Steam gift cards are gone to the Trash cab.
But I want the community if I can recover an account with only an Billing adress. Because when the first time I activated the gift card more than an decade, it asked mu Billing adress to introduce. That Billing adress is the same I currently live. I never changed country or residence. I still have the email I created, and my old phone number which I never forgott and wonder if is enough or not.

This is what I asked. I throw away all Steam gift cards (CD Key on it) on the Trash can and sadly I do nor posessed the keys anymore. The only way to recover from my view is the Billing adress that I activated the gift card and wonder if it's enough or not.

Email and phone number yeah works but pretty sure they are going to ask for the CD keys
