The sensation of mouse movement is better on battle.net

Following an optimization of the game warzone on steam which is more than mediocre and the connection to the server also I installed the game on battle.net my question and also for the steam version has this kind of problem but especially that my mouse on battle. net responds correctly 1:1 on this service whereas on steam no matter how the mouse is modified my games will have a mouse that doesn't aim or doesn't go exactly where I want it to even with all the possible modifications to windows there's this aiming problem because with the 2013 version at the time I had no worries on windows 7 I had the right to cheat comments on my steam account it was funny besides I'm wondering about the customers of the different services on this is to have with the game or with the client....
