refund pending
so on the 14th of march I starded a refund request for a game I'ved bouged on the 12th of march but now (3 days later) I didn't recieve my money and is says still "You have a pending refund request for this product." I did get a email that the request is receved but no mail if the refund has been denied or not. what must I do?

Is "pending" that confusing?

Things that delay refunds - big sales on Steam and changing your password. The first applies in this case, only you know if the second does.

You wait till you get an answer.
If the refund request is still "pending" they have not looked at it yet.

Also did you recently change or reset your Steam password?
That adds 72 hours to all Support ticket requests for a few weeks, including refunds.
