If your support request is closed without you getting a message, that is usually a tell that your account is compromised.
Support don't close tickets without an answer. (Unless you've already got an answer, and you just keep spamming them)
Hijackers have bots that auto-close support requests on hijacked accounts, to prevent the owner from getting help.
For safety you should do the usual steps:
0. Change password on your email account. Enable 2FA if you don't already have it activated.
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a trusted/clean computer.
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
Hi Joke,
Should've elaborated a bit more on the ticket I made. I did get a response from support but it was just a generic email. Follow this, do that. But not really an answer to my question.
