Low download speed

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME.

My pc is downloading everything (games, upgrades,etc) at less than 1 mbps.
I had this problem since a long time ago and I noticed that this happens in everything (steam, epic games, nvidia upgrade,etc) and I have been trying to search for a solution but I don’t find anything. Right now I’m installing a game from steam and the download speed max is 200 kbps(very low) but then it gets stuck at 0b/s. I don’t think it is my internet because my Xbox, phone or any other device the speed is very good (100mbps). This only happens in my pc and I need a solution please. I believe that it is something in my pc so I I don’t know if someone could help me.
