Application is Interrupted by external software.

Pls help me idk why this shows up. I just reset my whole pc and it still shows up. Does someone have n idea why this is showing? thank you!

run the msconfig.exe program, turn off all non-microsoft services(there's even a checkbox to hide all the microsoft services) and if it still has an error message on restart then get yourself to a nerdery.
If its fine then turn back on half of the remaining non-microsoft services and reboot(until all the ones you want to be on are on).
Once you've identified which one is the 'problem' then we can provide more help.

OP, it might be helpful if you show specific screenshot and/or log of it. Also be more detailed, such as what applications/softwares you were using when this happened, etc...
