Try running AMD's driver autodetecting installation tool[www.amd.com] to install/update all your GPU and chipset drivers. Then reboot, verify the installation files and try again.
Get a dedicated GPU.
OP, you stated you did the driver installation step and rebooted. Did you verify the integrity of your install files? Right click the game in your library, click "properties", "local files" and choose "verify integrity of game files".
If that doesn't work, you might try re-installing the whole game.
I'm also seeing a few reports that if your system doesn't have enough VRAM, it will throw back this error. Since you're using an iGPU it works differently, sharing RAM between the the system and GPU, but you might go into the BIOS and see if there's a setting there to change the amount of dedicated VRAM. It may be called something like "UMA Frame Buffer". I'm seeing reports that it defaults to 512 MB. Ordinarily the system should be able to dynamically allocate more when it needs it, but if you have the option, try setting it to 4 GB. Whether or not you even can do this will depend on your motherboard and it's chipset.
Besides that, I really do recommend you invest in a dedicated graphics card. Even something like a 6500 xt, which you can get for less than $100 pre-owned if you shop around, will be an absolutely massive improvement.
you are far below the minimum specs for this game
For not having support I assume either missing drivers, or using out of date drivers.
