Unable to buy market items or contact support

I am trying to contact support because I only bought a few cards to mint a badge, I did 2 of them, and now I am blocked from doing any more.

How come I can hardly use the interface only to buy enough to mint 2 badges and get blocked out?

I went to steam support but it just loops around in circles giving FAQ pages instead of giving an actual human being to talk to to get support. Very frustrating as a consumer.

The steam page UI needs fixing, if the button says "I need support" then it should give you a web-form, ticket system, or a live chat. FAQ should be under FAQ, troubleshooting under troubleshooting, etc. At least put an "I still need help" button on those pages that goes to a human.

No one can lift the IP rate limit.

Just wait a few hours to a day to try again.

Also why would you design an interface to be used to buy multiple cards to mint badges and then set a extremely low rate-limit handicapping your ability to make purchases?

You literally just designed it to do something (purchase cards), then designed it to not do that thing (because it's rate-limit is set so low the UI is useless for purchasing cards).

They went through the work to add "buy remaining items" button, but it doesn't work because rate limit.

Support can not lift the rate limit placed by Valve.
