And now you think roleback windows will help it will not, you need to make clean gpu driver install after windows is update. ( windows core update goes as first priority, then gpu card driver need to be update, windows dont fix other brand gpu driver issue.
windows is not the problem in general, its the other driver that need be reinstall to make sure windows core updarte work as intended, then the other driver fix its own problem with windows.
ps.
try see it like this, no IT-company will fix other Brand IT-company own problem.
So Nvidia and AMD need to reinstall its driver to make sure they are working as they should.
same can be said in game devs make update and modders need to fix new issue with old mod.
Dont forget we are not support, normal things that crash pc then start a game is a bad things to even show signs of burnout hardware like gou card, but you know how it is it could be seen as try scare ppl with worst possible idea's, but i hope for you this is a Driver issue.
And yes last time this happend to me, gpu card not working as it use to. ( burnout ) well card was over 5 years old so, if my pc is online 24 hours then it has run over 15years, lol yes card can go bad..lol, and money spend on it waas good.
PC do calc in cure cancer this is why its 24/7.
and any gamer here can tell you most gpu card after 5 years is start to be outdate so to even seen burnout gpu card today require dust and other worst possible conditions like run 24/7 or bad production and that rare.
XFingers for you or what ever we can say to you here, and hope its just drivers.
yeah but ppl dont like get a reply with a hardware fail, as first choise.
what are the odds this is dust st fan at gpu card only, but hey we dont know here, we cant see how dusty it is. check temparature also a clue in why it crash as sign of to high not enough cooling.
ps.
pro games do not have pc at floor so dust get in pc then you walk to chair or past pc. they use table to get above dust at floor, but hey that imo. ( you need to have seen pc in old days before cabinet airfilter, they was dirty as hell, its here we stop put pc at floor level.
and we are over in past learning noone talk about anymore.
if we could we will put pc in a buble with in and out a airfilter, this is not a joke. past learning now.
You should only have 12 of these things in total (if you run older games NOT on Steam in standalone mode, you WILL have more BUT you only need 12 C++ Redistro's of both x86 and x64 when only using a proper client because game clients hold every single C++ Redistro release in their own platforms repository) - ARM64 users only need 6 Redistro's as the ARM64 packages contain everything needed for those systems:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist
You could also have a system specific issue and to run SFC would be a proper approach in that scenario as Windows Updates can and will break things as seen in the past - personally, I had Win Update remove my USERS Security Permission recently after a specific update.
Oh and recently one game crashed and showed me its crash log and what I found there was a fault again by the Win10 OS pertaining "Phone Link" which was stated as one of the crash calls and getting rid of that helped the game not to crash so applications and drivers can (mostly) be at fault for game crashes as seen - seems to relate to software a lot and seemingly most times a simple solution but not all the time.
All other games work, only POE2 not working. Guess im one of the lucky people not able to play until new patch
And technicaly it look like you have game rrequirement on lowest settings, could they have made a mistkae here.
google "Can i run it" it more a check that yes we think you can, but its still GGG support problem if you should but cant get it to work.
I however decided it was time to upgrade from i7 7800x RTX1070 to 14900K RTX4070TiSuper. Obviously crushing POE2 and running very well. Very happy man. I can now give working older PC to my parents. Appreciate the input and comments. Hope all the other lads/gals come right with the force restart issue. All I can say is update latest Nvidea, latest BIOS and latest Windows is now working for me. Both PC’s ( and obviously the new PSU😁)
