Steam replay 2023 disappeared

My Steam replay 2023 no longer appears in my profile and when I try to change it to 2023, it's greyed out. Help

This fixed it. 2023 replay links shows up again. Replace 2024 with 2023 for the URL in a web browser.

Just open the link to 2024, change 4 to 3 (should be something like https://store.steampowered.com/replay/76561199276808321/2023) and the replay will apear in the list of available replays for the showcase...

Works, thank you, I'll add that you have to put the address into a Steam client browser page's address bar. My regular web browser can't generate the page even if logged in. To get a new steam browser window w/ editable address bar I middle clicked a random link on my profile or the discussion board, or you can right click a link > open in new tab.

Kept getting an error using the Firefox browser. Finally worked after trying Chrome. Thank you!

Ah, Firefox and Edge didn't work for me either so when it did work using the Steam client's integrated browser I assumed it had to be done through that specifically.

This fix is just a palliative.
When you rejoin steam next time you will find 22's replay replaced instead of 23.

That just means you (un?)privated a game or bought one as private after applying the fix and need to apply it again. As long as you don't private a game afterwards the fix sticks across Steam restarts.

Again: Open the page for 2024 replay and copy the web address into a browser, then change "2024" into "2023" at the end and push ENTER (press "add to profile" at the end there)

A friend had this issue and seems to have solved it by removing the private settings on all of their 2023 games. (Presumably removing the private on any game that would show up in the replay.)

Not sure if this is an issue across the board but it sounds like for those who cant solve this by just visiting the correct page and marking the replay as public / friends only, that maybe you privated some games and thats the reason the page (or the widget to put on your profile) is broken.
