PEAK doesn't run
Downloaded and installed last night. I have yet to play the game.
Half the time it can't find the server. When it does find it it takes a very long time to load, when it loads. can NEVER start a game, not even in offline mode or hosting.
I verified the files.
Doing some research I find that there are many issues with this game.
Is there a fix for this? If not I want a refund.

Well since you didn't provide any information about your system, I'm free to assume it's a potato. Upgrade your potato. If you're not happy with that answer, consider providing more information, because it's kinda hard to fix a problem that's not defined beyond "game broken".
