I need help. A recent trade that I bought was returned to the owner. Why haven't I received my money back? What happens to my money now?

How is a limited account making trades? And since when have trades on Steam allowed to include money?

nothing, only the items were returned to the previous owner, and my history has not been restored.

You should describe the situation precisely. "Trade that I bought" leaves a lot of room to guess.

Please remove that room to guess and describe precisely what you did.
